How We Ship
Every bag of Bounce Back Coffee is roasted fresh after your order is placed — never pre-roasted, never sitting on a shelf. This means the freshest coffee possible, arriving at peak flavor. That process takes time, and it's worth the wait.
Processing Time
All orders require 3–5 business days to process and roast (longer during holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information.
Shipping Times
After pickup, estimated delivery is 1–5 business days depending on your location (approximately 2 days to Southern California, 5+ days to the East Coast).
Shipping Methods
- 1 bag: USPS First Class
- 2–8 bags: USPS Priority Mail
- 9+ bags: UPS Ground
Expedited shipping is not available. Because every order is roast-to-order, total delivery time depends as much on processing as it does on shipping speed.
Order Changes
If you need to change your order, email us immediately with your order number and the change needed. Orders that have already been fulfilled cannot be modified.
International Shipping
International shipping is available but is expensive and cannot be guaranteed. International orders are not refundable in any way.
